There is one problem, how can you make several accounts without getting caught with this and be banned with ip?
About spamming, would there still be live the links? Sice the account is banned, mods don't delete comments or make some sort of no follow for links created?

If you are asking this question, i say you better go with other social networks first. Reddit is pain in ass. If you still want to go with it, Spam is not the way for sure.

Make accounts with tor/proxies/vpn. Install multiloginapp and create 10 browser instances. Add your profiles and use reddit as a normal user for a week with every profile. Dont forget to change ips when switching profiles. After 1 week, start adding your links to your desired subreddits. Replace the accounts when they are shadowbanned, also buy a few $0.88 domain and redirect it to your moneypage. So you wont be submitting the same url over and over again.

sign up account , creating posts , keep cookies . if you creat 1000 posts (you can complete it within 20 mins ) you will get about 10k traffic , even mods delete you posts.

Participate and actually contribute real content. It's a smart crowd unlike FB. Spam will just get you an instant and frustrating ban

There are good reddit services sellers in bhw marketplace. You can try them. Also, your post needs to be interesting.
But reddit traffic gives highest bounce rate for me.

Interesting content on Reddit needs to lead to something interesting/useful offsite in order for it to be profitable.
