Nope, I do not believe there is or that can be predicted exactly or easily.
For example, A profile with 1 Million monthly views could receive a much higher overall CTR on it's Pinned images than a profile reporting 3 Million monthly views.
As a result, their Pinterest referrals could differ greatly, and not mirror your expectations of a higher monthly view count = higher traffic.
This is highly evident in "Parenting Blogger" niches within Pinterest. Many of them report monthly views in the 300k - 1mil area, however, they far outperform larger accounts for referrals due to the nature of their Pins and narrowed audience targetting.
With this in mind, it's also why it's so difficult to gauge or suss out competitors on the platform or perhaps get a leg up on niche research regarding this ratio.
You could,
in theory, achieve a guesstimation of this ratio, however...
Externally if you are picking a new niche, you could for instance run accounts and their domains through tools that show accurate Pinterest referral data to the domain, then match this up against their linked Pinterest accounts monthly views. Do this for perhaps 10-20 for a specific niche and generate an "Average Ratio" of expected traffic per 100k monthly views.
That's just a suggestion and how I would go about it anyway.
Hope it helps.
