Is it not dangerous to purchase view, if youtube find that it"s bot traffic you will be shadowbanned !

Should also buy likes. YouTube has to know a velocity relationship between normal views and likes. If you exceed that number they likely would hand a penalty out. For example, in the dog training niche videos generally get 5 likes per 100 views. Video comes along and gets 1000 views but no likes. Very easy for machine learning to say hey this doesn’t match what I know thus rank this lower.

of course likes are needed.
But I am trying to figure out how much views should I send first for a brand new channel? First 3 videos in my niche has over 78k views each. So I send 2x more or what?

The first step is to work on your thumbnail and increase your click-through rate if you're competing for a keyword.
In regards to views, it depends on your competition. You need a lot of views if you want to win purely by the number of views.
You might be able to get the same result with fewer views if you include other factors such as likes, comments, and shares.

Not only views will help you rank, there is something like channel authority as well.

Views by itself does not determine the ranking, it also includes comments, viewing duration, and other factors.
