How many views do I need?

Hi, I found a much where the competition have roughly 200,000 views average. If I were to launch my own video, how much views would I have to pump into a new video to rank amongst them? There is only about 4-5 competitors.

It's not just all about views.

YouTube (which I'm going to assume you're referring to) ranks videos based on a number of factors.

CTR, retention rate, completion rate, etc.

Just write up a keyword stuffed description, add your keywords and you should rank nichely.

This is helpful. Thank you. It also seems that views per hour/day have a significant effect on the rankings.
