How many videos can I publish per day and still get views as normal, without shadow bans or punishments?

I was posting 4 videos in my account and never had a problem, just make sure you are not uploading in short time many videos. Post 1 video and post the other after 2-3 hours

Is it ok to make planned posts and logout - let the app post alone?

Like let 10-20 videos on planned post, and logout.

I think you have to publish videos in a continuous way like per day 1-2 or per week 5/6

I upload about 2-4 videos/day, posting times should be evenly spaced, not too close.
I also think if post too much, it's easy to flop

From my experience 2-3 was the best but i make original content and It would be hard to produce more than that

According to tiktok,there is no limitation in number of videos to be upload daily.
It is encourage to upload few videos per profile to gain views on the upload videos on trends.
