how many verfications per phone number?

Since yahoo is dumbass and they just got their 1 bilion emails hacked now everyone needs to change there passwords and give a cell number
My main emails are on gmail but my bs ones are on yahoo.
so how many emails can i verify on yahoo with one phone number?

ps since we on this subject the same question goes for gmail

maximum 4 accounts per number on gmail and on yahoo i guess just 1, i haven't tried to make a lot of accounts on yahoo using 1 sim card
