Is in United States users like to use WordPress platform ?
Are they like to use paid WordPress themes and plugin or prefer free sources ?

What does being in the United States have to do with it? WordPress is used by a large fraction of all new websites and IMO is the best and easiest CMS to use.

There are some very good premium themes - I personally prefer Elegant Themes.

I think Wordpress has become so popular because it is very easy to setup a professional website with minimal programming knowledge. There is also a ton of literature on the web on how to use the platform.

wordpress is used in all over the world. what is the matter when US people use them and other countries don't! There is no change if you use pro themes or free themes.. All those themes are for your convenience.
