How many users does Clickbank have?

How many registered users/accounts do you think Clickbank has?

Ofcourse many people would have multiple accounts registered but overall, what number of accounts do you think they have?

Does anyone have any insider information or can take a stab in the dark?

I have seen somewhere on web and I think the number of clickbank registered account may be something 100,000+ and only half of them are active now.
