Hi everyone I have had an account for less than a week. I upload three videos a day but they often stay at 80 maximum 200 views.
In your opinion should I continue to post with this frequency or should I decrease a bit?

Consider reducing to one or two well-crafted videos a day, and monitor the results

I think this frequency is fine. But check your content again. 1, the content is not attractive for them to watch until the end. 2, the content has some restriction so that the moderator does not distribute it to you. I post 3 content a day and some days all 3 go viral.

Just look for a way to make them rewatch your video or pause etc... It is important that the retention on the video is good.

There are many reasons for this, it could be because the channel topic you choose is not really good (difficult to trend) not just in terms of posting frequency. Try other topics and see.
