thousands of unread emails and messages
How many unread e-mails do you have?

Zero. Here's how:
- I only register to websites that I really plan to use. If I'm not sure I use a temporary email.
- I always check all my accounts and turn off email notifications (except when it's required, such as orders confirmations).
- If I'm not going to use an account anymore, I delete it. If it's not possible to delete it, I change its associated email to a temporary one.
- I'm not subscribed to any newsletter (yes, zero). If I receive one, I immediately unsubscribe.
- Whenever I get an email I like to read it immediately if I can.
- My main email address is not public. If you post your email anywhere (on a forum, social profile, classified ads, etc), bots will crawl it and you'll get spam.
