How many twitter accounts can be builded through static ip ?

I had 3, but you can do a max of 5, even on the same phone number.

A handful at most. Like a family.....if you go beyond that they flag you.

it is safer for many account but need to create them with gap. I created 3 on the same day and got all of them suspended. I got 11 active accounts n 9 were created within 7-15 days.

You can do probably 20 without getting banned but Twitter will freeze all accounts and you won't get any retweets or followers.

I've created like 20 total accounts from my home IP over the last 2-3 years. I'm actively using ~10.
I've never experienced any issues.
However, I have only one account automatically follow & unfollow (pretty safe settings too).
I guess if you plan to do shady stuff with those accounts, creating 20 over your home IP is a bad idea. In the end it's simple: The less accounts you have per IP, the less accounts will be banned if one account gets flagged.
