that's with dead links. i no longer post live links because accounts get killed to fast

I wanted to post 300 tweet from one account.. and it stopped when it reached 127. so, the person you are quoting is 100% right on his comment.
Yeah 127 is the magic number, I had some automated accounts setup but stopped after a while - too many accounts banned and not a whole lot of time =( but if you want direction on what to use, it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. I have found yahoo pipes is effective for creating a nice clean feed and you can modify it pretty hard core, you can even use it to scrape other affiliate links and you can search others pipes as well so you don't have to start from scratch. From there use feedburner (google of course) to publish your tweets. There is a PDF in the download links somewhere.

when u say "with links" - do u mean the exact same link or some kind of manipulation? (which?)
because i tested it with 12 minutes (5/hour) with no tweets in between and got them all banned
