How many tweets can I post per day without getting shadow banned?

I post 25 videos Daily at all my accounts without a problem, i also add a url too each upload.
 
I've been on Twitter years and not even sure what a shadow ban is.

By the way - I post around 150 times a day and have done for around 6 years.
 
If you are posting revelant tweets then you can post many , but if it is irrevelant then you will get banned
 
new account usually get suspicious for unusual activities. so you might want to reduce the numbers of tweet you post per day
 
Is there any way to use APi and tweet every 2-5 minutes without getting shadow band

I find some on use API and tweet with #hashtag .. every 2-5 min and you can see him in tgs without any shadow band

If u want to know ijust search ( From:@xxx) if results come up. Its ok

How i can avoid shadow band with alot tweets with hashtags. .im interesting.

Shadowbans are usually temporary.
Keep the content unique and not vulgar/hateful and it shouldn't happen (or it will get lifted).
Retweets seem to matter too. I have many accounts that don't ever do original tweets (only likes and RTs) and they'll often be shadowbanned too.
Then I'll post an authentic tweet and it gets lifted in no time.
