how many times have you failed?

Yesh u just described my current life to a T<
Im 27+ and im stuck at home with the family.
Its rough im trying to choose the later, but everytime i do it feels harder instead of easier.
Here's hoping we have some kinda of reverse on this string of BL.

And that one day I end up as you.

In the meantime, I'm known as a Very positive person and No I wont give up either!
I have a few cards, and Im playing them.
I'm not going to sugar coat anything as I have been in your shoes, being in your 20's with nothing fucking sucks.
Look at where you are today and ask yourself if this is where you want to be in 10 years? If you answer no, you need to start changing TODAY. Everyone talks about changing their current situation but when it comes down to actually doing it they're no where to be found.

The best advice I can offer you is to set a goal, big or small, then grind towards it like your life depends on it. One thing I've learnt is that hard work breed success. Work twice as hard as your competitors, go door to door, call business owners all day long, I don't care as long as you're working towards becoming the person you want to be.

I believe in you. We all believe in you. Now get up and make us proud.
If you need advice or motivation along the way, shoot me a PM. I am here for you. Best of luck my friend.

Hahaha have failed 4 times to open a offline company, but now i after 17 years not giving up. I have 2 succesfully offline companys en 1 online. + 4 appartment i rent out. I put all my money in bricks now.
Never give up
Never

I had about a good 10-year streak where everyone who knows me, would often say things like, "Wow! Every time I see you, you're doing something else -- something different."

Internally, when I'd hear such things, it would always feel like some vocal badge of honor, as if I was letting the world know that I would never give up.
Even now, though I've been able to stabilize into a few different income streams, I'm still trying new things and failing, but learning along the way.

I'll always be a student.

I'll try my best to always be a teacher, but I know that I'll always be a student.
Recently, I've started in a completely different direction -- one that I'd never even considered, though it makes a great deal of sense to do so.
I'm putting so much into it, whether building new connections and cultivating new relationships, learning both old and new tricks of the trade, taking an existing model and making it much more of my own, and adding a few twists.

If I fail, then I fail. But before I consider it a failure and with enough feedback to further help me grow, I'll make sure I treat this like all my other failures, by knowing that I've given it my all.
@Daggermouthx is correct. While failure is important, we must also know when to quit. One person simply cannot do everything. It took some time to learn this, but the sooner I was able to let some things go, the more progress I started to make.

Great thread, @nethead01

Failure is a test of faith. Couple of times I wanted to give up, but when I am at the brink I always got the answers I was looking for.

I fail every f*cking day. Every. Day.
I'm sitting right now unsure if I'm even doing the right thing with my projects.
But the thought of quitting is much worse than the thought of experiencing failure over and over again.

i think everyone has failed at one point in their life/career. you live and learn from it

Failing is part of the game, but you learn and grow from it.

Hm, I believe if you succeed without failing in something then that won't last for long.
So for me its always about learning.

Alot of failures mate, but from that i also learn something new so i won't make the same mistakes.

What keeps me going ?

Family :)

Since 2004 .. I think over 200x times.
200x different projects and most of em are fails.

Don;t like to called it fail, more like it din;t work.
Need to find 1001 different ways to make it work.

Setting a goal big or small really resonates with me rn man. I've read through the guides and set my long term goals according to kiyosaki's ideas as well as my own personal wants. And the side effect was this overwhelming pressure that freezes me. It means alot to know someone who is and was me made it through.

Pressure still burdening me.
I'll definitely do just that. Set a small goal and try to grasp it hard as i can through hard work and intelligent thinking.

I started with eCommerce in 2011 with no money to really invest other than the domain and server. I have "failed" so many more times than I can count. Didn't start turning a profit till this year. You only truly fail when you give up

i have lost count the amount of times i have failed, but i know I am working towards my goal and for the first time in my life i am actually planning a life for myself and my family, I have said it a few times on here and it is so true, I have learned more here than in my years in college. I will be giving back to BHW very soon as I am planning to. I am constantly failing but learning from my mistakes and trying not to keep repeating them. I will never give up that is what keeps me going

I fail everyday.
