How many times do you blast a 100% unique article?

So in theory an article that is spun he f&$? out is supposed to have 1000's of unique variations, but when do you guys call it quits on that article?

Or do you guys just go crazy with AMR, Senuke etc till the cows come home? Until indexing rate drops?
