I remember, not so long ago, somebody was ranking #1 for a keyword and then to promote the content he posted that article on FB... what happened? post on FB was ranking #1 and his site slid to #2.

You can share your post to any SM platform and spam backlinks to it afterwards with such results

It is not how many times but how much of the content is duplicate. Suppose, you have two articles in which there is 10℅ content similar. This is not issue but more than that can be problem.

I would suggest you try wordai tool to spin your content
