How many times a week do you workout?

6 times a week (following Arnold bodybuilding program - training each muscle group x2 times a week)

And when was preparing for boxing competition, I was training x2 times a day

crazy im doing 2x a days now 3 times a week cardio during morning / weights at night

I go to the Gym every two days and mostly do the large compound exercises like Squats, Benchpress, Deadlift, Pullup etc; I've found that these exercises that work multiple parts of the body are most effective for people who want to stay healthy and build muscle, but don't have the time to individually work each muscle. I'm seeing some great gains only from doing these!

i recommend you guys try this awesome plant based protein i got on amazon "Organic protein'

Depends on the plan which i usually switch every 8 weeks.

3 times a week with a full body workout like (all pros)
5 days a week with a PPL program like the reddit PPL

And if i do cardio i try to squeeze it in there 2 or 3 times a week depending on how i feel. Some days i do stairmaster and other days i run (w/ sprint intervals).

Training x2 times a day is the best way to improve the strengh and the ability to train for long sessions.

Some people consider that as over training but I see it normal if you have a good diet that is rich with calories.

Run 1200 meter 5-6 days a week
30-40 minute basic flex and cardio. No lifting.

Does typing on a keyboard count? I've got the slimmest and trimmest fingers around. LOL

I run 4-5 times a week for 5-15 km and 2-3 times a week I do strength training for legs and some mobility stretching.

I am an ectomorph - I can eat whatever I want, but won't gain a single gram.

Once I've been interested in how big Ectomorph I am.
So I started eating only junk food for a month (McDonald, pizzas, candies...).

The result has been ridicolous. Instead of gaining at least 1kg, I lost 2,5 kg. xD
So I got a little bit pissed off. I have ordered a proper food menu from a Fitness guy, who had great results.
So my diet began, and I started going into a gym for approximately 45min - 55min, four times a week.

I did workout only with heavy weights, didn't make too many reps. I did also workout only the big muscles such as: Legs, back, and chest.
After one year without progress, I gave up. The biggest joke is my brother is gaining weight like nothing. I'm 21, and he is going to be soon 18 years old.
Within a month he will be heavier than me, even though I am the taller guy xD
At least someone from the family is going look good! hahah

The point is my metabolism is so fucking fast that, if I gain something within a day it's gone.

Whatever, to have at least some strength, I exercise at home 3 - 4 times a week.
I have exactly the Same shit , fast metabolisme and i also have a brother who is 5 years younger than me will surpass me very soon XD hahah i totally get your problem here , easy to lose weight , and hard to gain , started to workout 2 months ago ( Calisthenics ) and i slightly see some changes , but will improve soon surely .
