You have up to 5 per ip but me my max 3 accounts per ip to safe.

Yes. You can definitely use one IP for different social network sites. Don't use one IP for multiple accounts on one social network.

you can use 1 ip to to twitter, facebook,instagram, etc..

but do not use 1 ip in same SM

A lot of the proxies you pay for have been used by other people doing similar activities in the past. So in general, to just make a base account it's not a big deal.

If you want to run paid ads, then these things start to become important.
