You need to gain trust . Usually they remove holds after 90 days of smooth transactions

How old is your PP account? My PayPal has like 6 months and I started to receive money 2 months ago from personal accounts of people. Before I started to receive payments of personal accounts I sold things on ebay I read somewhere that selling on eBay increases trust with PP so you should give a try to ebay at least little things and your PP account will have more trust.

It depends on your goodwill infront of the operator. If you have a goodwill and good previous record then you should not worry. There isn't really a number. I have no idea what gaming accounts sell for but if it is worth the money you should also send a receipt with tracking to the buyer. So if they sell for 50 bucks spend the 3 but if they sell for 3 don't do it haha. Covers your ass also.
