How many @ replies??

hey friends.
i am starting a twitter marketing campaign, i am building up long term accounts so i don't want to get banned.
so i wanted to know how many @ replies is safe per account per day?
my replies will have my link in them, but they are not going to look spammy at all.
and how long of a delay do you have between each reply?

i'm currently never on twitter, so that's why i'm asking this question.

this method used to be gold with TweetAttacks, but now i want to do it manually so i'm more realistic looking
