Okay man thanks for the response. I was also under the impression that 3 was the daily limit but I have been told that if I post up to 5-6 posts per day its okay even on fresh accounts. I just created this thread so I can see if other people think that as well.

It's not punishment, but they might flag your acc and you might get shadowbanned and you start getting less and less engagement

Nope, it comes down to niche, account, account age, account trust score, proxy if you're using. THere's no fixed thing. Try with lower 1-2 per day and increase. Then post at diff hours as well and see where you get more engagement. It's a test game.
