One IP per account. You can create more sure, however they will all get banned. If you create 2-3 they won't get automatically banned, but the others will be banned if one of them are.

I haven't tried more than one because I've heard it's not secure.

Reddit is dead so 0. But if I were to use it I would probably use mobile IP using one at a time for single account.

To be safe it is recommended to use only 1 IP per account.

Your can use 3 Accounts per IP. There was a AMA thread and one of the reddit admin replied about it.

I suggest you use one IP for one account. Cause if you use multiple account in one IP all of account will be banned.

Probably as many as you'd want. The question is how many should you create. In a perfect world, you should only create one per IP. But realistically speaking, if the IP is high quality, and the rest of the fingerprints are very different, and the accounts you're using aren't all repeating the same behavior, it should be perfectly ok for you to use 3 or 4 accounts with one IP.
For instance, i can have my entire family using the same wi-fi to access Reddit. Nobody's gonna get banned. But our actions don't raise red flags, and reflect that we're all different people, using Reddit differently.

Like me, I use hidemyacc antidetect browser with rotating proxy. I attached rotating proxies to 5 accounts.
If you invest more, you can use a static proxy for each account. The accounts have different IPs so you don't have to worry about your account being charged
