How many Reddit accounts do you run at once?

Curious about scaling Reddit marketing. Do you manage 1-2 strong accounts with good karma, or bulk-create and rotate accounts with automation?
You need a good setup to run multiple accounts. If you use multiple on same device on same IP, they will get banned soon.

re anti-detect browser -> wouldnt simply spinning up 5 virtual machines and using firefox work fine?
whats the antidetect browser?
using gologin and adspower, but there are others that can work well too. I don't have enough experience with Virtual machines, my usual setup are; 1. Antidetect browsers + rotating proxies, 2. phones + rotating proxies

I usually run 3 Reddit accounts one main with solid karma for trust, and two backups for testing posts or targeting different subreddits. That balance keeps things natural and avoids triggering Reddit’s spam filters.

Personally, I only use 1 high-karma account now after previous bans, accounts with automation get detected quickly. You can try to focus on building genuine authority in small communities, the algorithm rewards consistent and quality contributions.

Yeah, exactly. Running multiple accounts from the same device and IP is what gets them linked fast. Separating sessions, using different IPs, and keeping activity patterns natural usually makes a big difference.

I use 2 phones, 2 accounts on 1 phone + computer and then 2 nsfw accounts on an old phone

I personally have run multiple accounts on iphones with automated creation, really its just a numbers game. Depending on the niche you’re in, churn can vary quite a bit. I’d always recommend creating extra accounts ahead of time so you have some aged accts in stock as well

i just only use one reddit account, but marketing is really hard, i genuinely admire everyone who can properly do it, whatever the niche or goal is , lol

I have a network on 40 accounts build it in 6 moths of time with min 20 k karma each ,

Currently, Reddit values personal reputation and long-term behavior, not reach.

To expand, focus on niches, not the number of accounts.

Reddit allows users to create and run an
unlimited number of accounts simultaneously,
as there is no specific, hard-coded limit.

I don’t run Reddit accounts, but most marketers safely manage one to three per person to avoid flags.

Best approach is 1–3 strong, aged accounts with real karma. Bulk accounts + automation usually get shadowbanned fast. Reddit rewards trust and consistency more than volume, especially for marketing.

I comfortably run around 5–6 aged Reddit accounts, keeping activity natural to avoid flags.

Reddit doesn't prioritize: number of posts, high frequency, or pump-and-dump traffic.

Used to have over 40+ aged accounts warmed up running on anti detect unique proxies. But unfortunately we got hit last year. Since we were using reddit as a parasite for a lot of our clients (it used to rank on #1 page within a week) they finally caught it

Stopped doing reddit now. As the efforts are 3x than what it used to be. They are even going after sub reddits that allow promotional content. We also had over dozen subs that we owned/farmed over 3 years banned in the span of 20 days.

But in general reddit is cool with you running any number of accounts even on the same IP. But what they look at is the content, links and patterns. Plus considering there are a lot of Keyboard warriors there you get reported/flagged instantly if they see a promotional pitch

It's similar with Quora too. It's hard shilling in scale these days. If you probably do a couple here and there you should be okay. When you scale the chances of slip/getting sloppy is more

I run 3 accounts on reddit and i rotate them to look organic and i post trying to not spam . You can however use more if you use antidetect browser and mobile/residential proxy the important thing is not to spam to avoid bans

Just 3 accounts, but they're sort of genuinely organic. I find 3 is pretty easy to maintain a natural use of them with regular comments, posts etc. Any more than that becomes an active effort in remembering to rotate posts, etc.

To scale your Reddit marketing, it's ideal to manage one or two strong accounts with good karma, as this allows you to build a solid reputation and establish trust within the communities. Having accounts with good karma means your posts and comments are valued more, which can increase your content's visibility. Creating accounts in bulk and using automation might seem tempting, but it often results in accounts that are quickly detected and suspended, and they don't generate the same level of engagement. The key is to participate authentically and add value to conversations, so focusing on a few well-managed accounts is generally the best strategy.
