3000-4000 words if he is alright in the head
less if he does other things except writing for you, or it's a heavy niche
more if he is out of his mind and crazy, avoid these maniacs, probably outsourcing to worse writers too.
Depends on the niche too, as a writer, I'd say one could pump out 4000 words in a work day if it's something remotely easy to research and understand. For anything more technical, it's probs gonna be less.
I'm talking of course about writers that don't stuff content with fluff and oxymorons and tautologies to get free 500 words of crap. If you are fine with suboptimal content you can expect longer content daily.
