How many PVA on same phone number per day?

Someone happen to know the limit of pva creation on the same phone ?
I made two today, using my personal number, once pva aways pva right?
I made two and it says that i have already done it early on one account, will i be able to do more ?

Realy? see, i used my number, on my main account, them registered other 2 with the same number. They are not PVA after i use the same number on other accounts?
