How many pushups can u do

You've literally been posting nonsense for days (if not weeks), and I'm the immature poster?

my friend i literally said "mature poster" not "immature" . its your brain tricking you into thinking that people consider you immature

Depends how hot my personal trainer is.

Sometimes she shows up ultra hot and I do 100 pushups like breakfast haha.

I do 4 sets to failure every 3 days.

First one I get around 100 to 115
Second usually around 75
Then last 2 I usually get between 60 and 70 before failure.

Around 2 proper... will start tomorrow, to train more and get fitter - mark my words.

Well the more muscle you have and heavier you are, the harder the pushups will be - you're lifting more weight.

If you're 9 stone wet through, they'll likely to be easier.

So it's very little to do with the number you can do. I'm 39 and can do 100+ easy. When I was 16 I could do about the same number, but I was about 4 stone lighter.

I do 100 push up, 100 crunches, 100 KM of running every day.

over 200 in a set in my prime
no idea how much i can do now, half a push up sounds quite difficult already :D

Not very many.

But: Bruce Lee could do about 1500 push-ups in a row by two hands and can do 400 push-ups in a row by one hand; he could also do about 200 push-ups by two-finger of one hand and can do up to 100 by the thumb of one hand.

And he also kicked Jackie Chan's backside.

The last time I engaged myself doing push-ups was about 13 years ago.

I’m going to the gym 5 days a week, one and half hour per workout, and I do strength training incorporated with bodybuilding routine.

Bench, squats, deadlifts, rows, shoulder presses and pull-ups are my main movements, the rest of the exercises are secondaries, but no room for push-ups, doesn’t worth my time.

For those looking to perform more pushups, I highly recommend the app Just 6 Weeks (Pro... it's $3).

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=alexcrusher.just6weeks.full&hl=en_US
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/just-6-weeks-pro/id580878681

Claims are that in six weeks you will be able to perform (in one set):

100 Push-ups
200 Sit-ups
10 Minute Plank
150 Bench Dips
100 Dips
200 Squats
20 Pull-ups

I gave this app a try a couple years back and was able to reach the goals for Push-ups, Sit-ups, Bench dips and squats. Need to work more on my triceps, though, because my plank, dip, and pull-up game was and still is garbage.

But to answer your question... 100. Nowadays... maybe 20.

Doing 1500 push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and bodyweight squats, etc, will only contribute to your Endurance and stamina and basically become a cardio workout.

Only progressive overload will make you stronger and bigger.
