It is about 10 for me but that was when I was aggresive with one blog. Now multiple blogs with less posts per day.
How many published articles per day is your max limit?

This is surprising. And I thought blogging is over saturated and not enough money to be earned.

3 years back I had some sites where I posted lot of expired content. It even worked for some time and gave some profit.

quality matters not quantity, but you should limit your articles to under 10 each day per domain.

Though, there is no limit. Initially, I used to post five articles per day. The rest depends on your capacity.
After all the updates it very clear what google wants. It is only asking bloggers to post meaningful, relevant and unique content. You can post upto 3 per day, make sure those articles are adding some meaning to your audience. Only then google shall respect your blog.

I used to publish 100s of articles on one site but it was spin article.
