How many proxys per account?

You can manage 5 accounts with your phone - no need for proxy.

This question pops up almost weekly, I would strongly suggest before creating new topic - using search feature on right side of the screen, it's quite good especially if you use advanced search where you can sort results by age.
If you better prefer using google, then here is example of how to use google to search on BHW:
https://www.google.com/search?q=site:blackhatworld.com+how+many+instagram+accounts+per+proxy
Note how I use "site:" keyword to show results only from BHW.
You can sort them then by year, etc.
There is nothing bad about asking questions, the thing is - if the same question is posted again and again, then the response quality will slowly decrease because these people who actually know the answer and won't be blindly promoting their proxy service by answering generic responses to gain views to their signature - they will skip your topic if they have already answered the same question many times and you will be left with bad and low quality suggestions.

Yes, you can use the same proxy and IP for Instagram on both your iPhone 11 and 12. Just be careful, as frequent switches between devices might alert Instagram's security systems. It's safer to use them not simultaneously and infrequently to avoid potential account issues.

It screams laziness in general, people prefer spoonfeeding rather than researching themselves.
For OP, generally do max 5 account per proxy. But if you are doing heavy actions on each account, keep it max 3-4 only.
People claiming 10-15 accounts per proxy is ridiculous, unless you want to get them banned at one point.

Yes if you use mobile proxy. If you use dc proxy then you should not run more than 3 accounts per proxy

it's depending on your service provider.
some of them set GigaByte usage per account and some of the others can set a limit per number of connections on your proxy. so the best answer is in the hands of the provider of your proxy.

In theory, routing 2 phones through a single proxy (especially if it's mobile) can work without issue - especially if they are running at different times and not in a similar fashion. If both are in use at the same time on the same IP address and pushing any sort of limits though you might get into trouble.
If you follow the general rule of avoiding similar footprints and trying to behave in the most 'human' way possible then I think you'll probably be ok.
You are limited to 5 accounts per phone. So yes you can use it.

Late reply but where did you get the notion that 10-15 accounts is ridiculous?
We originally started by creating our own dongle farm in the UK and ran 30 accounts per IP / proxy simultaneously for 4+ years.
Eventually, we transitioned to renting monthly dongles from a high quality provider for $200/mo and we currently run 20 per proxy (tested 30 and didn't work well).
It simply depends on the quality of your proxy and the type. If it's a high quality genuine private mobile device you can run far beyond 3-4.
We've spent $400,000 over 5 years testing which isn't that much in the grand scheme of things but it's still a lot. Tried tons of proxy providers and only one worked at scale.
My theory / hypothesis is the (3-4 max) limit came from people purchasing bad dongles / shared mobile IPs so of course you're gonna have to run less simultaneous connections.
It just depends on how much money you spend, you get what you pay for. If you pay $200/mo, expect to run 20 simultaneous threads. If you pay $20/mo, I wouldn't run more than 2.
