How many proxies will be enough for creating 100 twitter accounts ?

I would use rotating residential proxies to create accounts then use 1 static proxy per account to manage it

Twitter is loyal to one proxy, you can have five profiles, it works for me and there are no problems, also one fingerprint can be used for five profiles,

If you don't intend on using them all at the same time. After, I'd second the idea of using a rotating mobile proxy to create them and then either scale up then number of mobile proxies if you intend to use them with automation and or at the same time, or just get residential IPs for each of them. As far as providers go, you can check around the Marketplace for a wide variety of those.
