How Many Proxies ? NEED HELP

Hi,

I like to use scrapebox but not sure about one thing. Do I need proxies for backlinks like for commenting and link share? Also do I need to hide my IP ? Please explain me how does this work.. Is scrapebox is better or senuke ?

for posting u need 10 private proxies

dont use your private proxies for scraping
heres why. this was posted by ones of my subscribers.

You might ask yourself why you should use a public proxy
list for harvesting URLS when you have 10 to 20 fast private proxies.
Just do a little test and take 100000 keywords, use 3 proxies
and start harvesting. After a while SB will come to a grinding halt.
Google blocked your proxies...Eventually they will clear again but
all this time you can't continue with your project.
So for massive harvesting with large keyword lists you will need
hundreds of proxies. Not funny when 20 proxies cost you about
$50 a month. This is where proxygo's list comes in...
Hundreds of freshly scraped quality public proxies every day to
bombard Google with requests.

Really thanks for your help. I am still confuse. On fiverr and other website people offer so cheap for backlinks eg 10,000 links for 5$. How they do that ? are they using scrapebox or ?
I really need to make money through SEO but dont know from where to start. ..
