How many projects do you have?

Part of the question was how to handle all these projects but not many replies to that question. Do you have any time hacking tips or tricks? Everyone's day is 24 hours and we all need to sleep, eat, shower, pay bills, etc. How come some can get much more done in 24 hours than others? Any tips and tricks? I think I'm fairly efficient but maybe not when I read what some of y'all do.
We hire VA's.. Virtual Assistants.. I think that is the answer you are looking for..

Thanks. Good to know. Always thought about it, never pulled the trigger on it. I have a hard time trusting people I don't know so what could I outsource to a VA that could not do any damage? True story: I once hired a full time employee, hired him for design work and in the process my developer also taught him some PHP so he can take a little bit of his workload. He wasn't even remote, it was on location. Was a great guy... Until he did some "work", broke the whole site, we were offline for a full day and he disappeared. I don't think he meant bad, I just think he wanted to do more than he was capable of. How can a VA reduce your workload without breaking things or getting access to things you don't want them to have access to?

2, and a part time job. I really need to work on outsourcing more of my workflow to get more shit done. The ones that stay in this game the longest are the ones that turn things into a business, a well-oiled machine that runs without them instead of making them the focal point. Unless you’re a superstar or something but I’d rather try to be pragmatic and profitable than lucky

I just plot a rough sketch of the method before i even attempt to try. That being said, I'd prefer focusing at 1 project at a time.
