How many profile links needed?

Most Profiles are PR0 when you make them.. so how many do you really need to have any effect?

Would you use it for both your web 2.0 site & money site?

It just depends on a few factors.

1.) How competitive is the keyword your going after.

2.) How relevant is the link from the profile to your site?

3.) How optimized is your site for that keyword

etc...

I suggest doing some major backlinking to your profiles, t help them gain some PR, that way your link value will increase on each profile.
