How many presents are OK for duplicate content?

Hey everyone,

I am working on a website for a real estate agency, and I have already written a "sell page" page for one location (around 2K words). Basically, the other locations should have "the same" content, but it will create duplicate content on the website.

How many presents are OK for duplicate content?

(There are like 50 locations, so there is no chance each page have unique content)

Someone asked this recently. I suggest to try to find their post.

This used to be totally fine few months back, it is called mass page creation and many local businesses use it.

I'm not sure about current state.

The best practice you can cater would be adding up content on the other pages with some changes this will make the content unique.
