How many posts should be made for better indexing?

My blog is almost through its first 3 months and the results, obviously, are quite disappointing.

I usually make a post a day, but lately, I decided to upload a few more articles because I already had a list of topics I wanted to explore further.



Is it just me or does Google not like it when too many posts are made in a short time?

Do you advise me to continue making a post a day even if I already have a hundred posts almost ready that could enrich my blog?

I think it's a combination of number of posts published per day + site's age and track record of published content and indexed pages.

I obviously can't prove this, but it's the closest explanation I have for why big sites don't get punished for publishing dozens of articles a day while small sites do.

Aside from this, it could also be the crawl budget, the site's authority, and god-knows-what else... A lot of people build 100s of sites per day lately and I don't think that the googlebot can keep up with this amount of content thrown at it and so it takes a long time to crawl so much content. At least that's my theory...

continuing publishing content is needed anyway, whether it's 1 post per day, or per week, it doesn't matter. You just have to keep doing it to keep the site fresh. But I don't know the correct amount of posts that needs to be published daily / weekly / monthly, all I know is that it needs to happen

In fact, right now I'm doing an experiment with a cheaply bought expired domain. It has little backlinks but it still has a "past" amd history that I'm sure Google has a record of.

I've already put up 200 AI-generated articles in just 2 days and they're all indexed today.

I suggest you try the google api index method.

I think it is part of the algorithm too... if you keep publishing content regularly their bot/crawlers will be aware and they will crawl often too. Just make sure your publishing frequency is consistent.

It's actually depends on your website aged and authority. As you mention the age of you website at 3 months so keep 4-5 post a week.

There's no exact count to determine, but most bloggers like updating 2-3 posts a week with high-quality, interesting content that benefits readers in the initial stage of a website. And if you could focus on getting good backlinks and a good amount of social shares over the content, it will help to build more trustworthy crawl & indexing benefits.

It is recommended to post at least 3 times per week for better indexing.

It is not true that google does not like multiple posts on same day. I know may bloggers who are posting more than 100 posts per days and banking hard with their blogs.

I do post a lot on my website and yes, its Google. Not me. Just an example, If I post 100 pages, 50-60 gets indexed but only because I have good traffic on my home page.

You need a good expired domain to start with. If it is a fresh domain, it is almost impossible to index all posts.
