Monetizing a site with 400-word articles using Adsense. Is 1 post per day of the year, good enough. Or do I need to publish like 3, 5, or 10 posts per day of the year to really get any good traffic and possibly Adsense income with Google?

It is not about the number of posts,it is about the number of searches that the keywords that you are targeting have.

The more posts that you do,the more searches you can have.

It will be like, for each post you will get 5-20 visitors a day. (this is figurative numbers, depend on market and rank positions.)

If you have 100 keywords in your market that has searches, then the more keywords you cover, the more searches you will have.

there is no golden rule regarding posting frequency but as pirondi pointed out it's about the keywords and the traffic you can garner from those keywords. If you haven't done keyword research already you should do that first...find some good traffic longtails that are easy to rank for and optimize for those. Then i would recommend just outsourcing your article posting so you can focus on more kw research.

Thanks to the both of you for answering. Yeah, I've been sitting on a couple extremely golden eggs that I can actually rank for, for several months now. And I'm ready to cash them in. I already have everything in place that I know to have in place, just needed to know how to schedule the posts I write each day.

I had read an Ab0ut.com article and they were saying 3-5 posts would be a good average to publish every day and that anything more than that would, of course, be even better. Then I read articles from "gurus" in this industry who say the same thing. But since I have these rare finds (well for me, anyway, because I usually find keywords I can rank for under $700 a month and everything below haha), then spitting out 1 post per day should be sufficient in order to achieve at least average results with one of these keywords.

    I'll see. Thanks again!

agree with pirondi. I have tried this and the visitors my blog received increase when I make more posts.
