How many posts/articles do you post per day?

Yes, always go for quality and you will build 'authority' in Google's eyes over time. Especially with the recent Google updates, expertise is important now. If you just write for quantity and your quality drops, Google will see you as a non-expert.
But how many posts/articles to post per day is a very tricky question. Because if you only post seldomly, Google spiders will crawl your site less... This makes future posts get indexed slower. Usually, this wouldn't be a problem as we're focusing on quality... But it will be a problem if competitors or newbies simply plagiarise your article and post on their site and they get indexed first than yours. Then, Google will give credit to them as the original content than you. By then when Google indexes yours, they see yours as duplicate content. (Can be resolved if you manually submit them, and ping your posts. But it still takes time).
What you can do is go back to your old posts and update them too. This will not only refresh your content, but make Google spiders crawl them and it also lets them know your site is actively maintained (hence, more crawl rates).
Tip: not a native writer? Don't worry. Get grammarly. Or just open up Microsoft Word and type it out... Word will give suggestion for any spelling mistakes and grammatical errors which can be fixed easily. Not 100% accurate but it does the job.

I don't even bother with numbers anymore. I just created 4 autoblogs (working on the 5th one) and I use software that autogenerates and autoposts 100% unique content. I'm done playing google's retarded games where I have to be an expert on whatever topic that a retarded AI decides what being an expert on is.
I just let those autoblogs grow with daily content and if any of them starts making money then I will see if I can nurture and grow that autoblog into a real business. If not, I don't care.
I only have one "authority" website in the education niche which I will take care of because I'm interested in the niche. Unfortunately, this website ranks nowhere yet because - just like you - I dread writing "expert" content all day long, especially since I'm also not a native English speaker and for me to come up with a 2k words article that is written perfectly, well researched and well structured takes about 1-2 days, after which I am already burnt out and don't even want to hear about writing anymore for 2-3 weeks after that.
So, I don't have a set rule for how much content I write because I don't write any content at all, but if I wasn't being such a lazy ass and if I could motivate myself to write I'd recommend myself (and you obviously) to write at least 2-3 articles per week. Or even 1 article per week if it's a good article (3-4k words long, well researched, with unique images, stats, tables, and all that crap).

OP, your posting frequency should depend on your niche
If you are in a 'news' type niche, you need to post frequently
But if your niche consists mostly of information that doesn't change, you don't have to publish daily.
Focus on posting content that BLOWS AWAY your competition - pick the top 5 search results for your target keyword and come up with better content.
How?
Your content should
- have all the same info as those top 5
- have only up to date information
- be easier to read
- be easier to scan
- have graphics or multimedia that makes the information more interesting
- call the reader to action

Very less on most of the sites. Like 2-3 posts a month.

Some good advice here, as I've always wondered how often I should post @tazarbm what software do you use as I've been trying some trials and for example they change 'butt plugs' to 'spark plugs'
most (if not ALL) of the softwares that generate content automatically are bad. Well, they're bad when compared to a human writer, because otherwise I have used software like this to post content on my money sites, but after manually editing, formatting, and proofreading it. So, the software I'm using also spews out garbage content more often than not, but since these are autoblogs and I don't care about them I just let it be.
I'm not going to mention the name of the software, but not because it's some big secret, but unfortunately the software is not available anymore, so it won't do you any good. I secured a copy of it last year when it's been on sale, and after that it got taken down as a standalone product, and it's only part of a membership site I believe.
But anyway, you need not worry yourself with this because there are many similar softwares and services out there and they basically do the same thing. Just find one whose price tag you are comfortable with and you're good to go

Creates articles with related keywords found at the bottom of your target keyword's Google search page. Look at your competitors in Ahrefs and see what their blog posts are ranking for then create articles with those keywords in your title.
As for how often I usually schedule it out in Wordpress randomly. Sometime a few a week, then once every two weeks etc

Yes you should prefer quality over quantity. Add relevant quality content regularly to your website if it's tedious then better outsource the content writing.

I don't. These are throwaway websites, so if they get indexed or - even better - ranking I'll start nurturing them, I'll get back to them to update the content, style it, add images etc etc. If they don't get indexed or rank, I don't care.

Always quality over quantity, but if you can produce quantity with quality it is much better. You don't need to do all the writing yourself. You can always hire, or engage for contests, students of journalism or English from the so called 2nd world countries. I used to get 1000s of 200 to 300 word articles by hosting contests with the top 3 writers winning adwords or hosting coupons or something, no scams there.
As for your second question, there are sites that put up 100s of articles every day and personal blogs that post like 1 article a week. Nobody does personal blogs anymore unless they're paid to do it. FB and Twitter give them better reach. So more is always better in today's time.

It's depend on your niche that you need to post daily or weekly. As i follow some good bloggers they frequently post 4-5 posts in a week.

had access to college boards, insiders who would post info about the contests in them, pass on the coupons for me to the winners and make that public too, so that when there was another competition, it usually meant more participants which meant more articles for vouchers I bought off fiverr.
