The key thing is consistency. Even 1 post a day is fine, or 2-3 a week, or even 10 posts a month, divided into various days

Is that too little?
We had a period where we didn't post anything for 3 days, then started posting again, and engagement was terrible, down almost 50%
 
For Facebook, posting around 1–2 times a day usually works well. If you post 3–5 times a day, you probably won't get limited, but just make sure each post is good and interesting.

2, according to my latest 2 "teachers". One is about the individual KOL, the other one is trendy stuff

3 to 5 posts a day is chill as long as they slap. quality > spam and you’ll hit that 1m easy
