In my point of view, I think the IP is very important. Then don't post too many same posts on one platform which will cause the platform detect.

I would use google api and instant indexing so you can safely publish 200 post per day.

The general recommendation is about two to four times per week.
Posting frequently can help with search engine optimization (SEO) and attract new readers.

It's depends on the domain age. For a new site we have to wait at least 3 months. After that you can make 1 post per day and increase the count day by day

Try releasing a few posts every day and gradually increase the number of posts published each week. You should be ok this way.
