How many post should I write a day?

Hello,

I'm wondering how many posts should I post a day? like one? or two? I'm planning to write 2 posts a week 3000 words each and a good backlink for each from guest posts on other websites? what you think guys?

Even 2 posts per week is fair. Maintaining that pace is much more important.
