Posting 1 or 2 times daily is enough. If you have a good number of followers, posting once a day is recommended. You need to engage them and make them eager for your next post. This creates curiosity and attracts more visitors.

it's safer to stick to 1 solid post daily to keep it lowkey. If the platform's chill and you're mixing it up with real engagement, 2–3 is usually no issue. Just avoid back-to-back or same-pattern posting.
