How many post or...?

I wasn't allowed to submit a nice little plugin.

"You are NOT allowed to post URLs...,
until after you have been a member of BHW for a little longer."

I been a member since 2012, but not so active.

How many post or so must I post before?
Or what is the terms ?

actually you have never been active
links are not permitted to 0 post accounts to cut down spam
why after 3 years with no forum input are u in a rush
to post a plugin

I'm not in a rush..

Just wondering how many posts needed, 'cause that's probably the basic reason, I guess.
