Has anyone studied this to come up with any proof backed conclusions?

I've heard some people said to keep it to around 2 channels using the same phone number.
I only trust phone numbers where I control the sim card, so the number of phone numbers I have is limited to how many physical sim cards i can use
I want to maximize the performance of each channel, I hate working in a channel to get it to artificially underperform so I want to stay safe

Staying safe means, don't abusing channel creation. Not using VPNs etc (I find it more safe to just cycle my dynamic IP isp from my router as well as my dynamic phone plan IP) and don't spam with many videos. I also do not trust all these dodgy "indetectable browsers" that are closed source. It seems so dumb that anyone would log in with personal details on some closed source web browser. I will just use my pc, laptop and phone.

I have a bunch of old gmail accounts, created under the same computer but 7+ years ago and dynamic IP so I doubt that matters. To upload videos I will just cycle ips and devices on each channel to spice it up a bit. The accounts don't have phone numbers, so I will need a phone number when I start adding content. Only a few have phone numbers that I used to register them because back then, it was rare for them to ask a phone number, but sometimes they did, and I used a fake phone number like pinger.com or whatever it was called. Result=these ones are blocked and ask for the number. Somehow, I can log in on the rest with no phone number. Sometimes it may or not may ask for a verification of sorts, but if I just wait and cycle ips, I can log in again. So looks like old accounts can be maintained with no phone numbers with low risk. But like I said, when I want to use one for a channel, im going to need a real phone number. Thus the question:

How many phone numbers per account to avoid any problems?

1. Almost all undetectable browsers are Chromium/Chrome based.
2. Google limits usage the same phone number strictly. So, you can't create a lots of accounts with the same phone number.
1 Those are closed source isn't it?
2 Im talking about traffic being throttled, not creating new accounts. I already got a bunch of old youtube accounts like i said, but i need to add a phone on them to use them as active channels.

Use one number per channel. Numbers can be obtianed easily, some provide one time code or you can rent also.
