How many PBN per host?

I am using somewhat popular SEO hosting here and today one of my greatest PBN site (1 domain I mean) with nice metrics and PR got deindexed out of nowhere which is making me utterly mad. Part of the reason because of using their default nameserver (it was just 1-2 domains I used their default nameservers in start) which I think is an easy footprint for G to spot.

Also not just that but the DNS records easily reveals their nameservers and their hosting panel does not allow me even to delete those default nameserver records (since I use custom nameservers on other domains, I don't need those records).

This has got me scared and I don't want to wait much and I am planning to migrate the rest of my sites to other shared web hosting.

As you know, it can get pretty expensive deal if it's just 1 domain / host. And I am not wanting to go into swarm of cheap $1 hosting again and make same mistake. Any decent shared hosting costs $3-4+/mo.

So my question is, can I host 2-3 PBN sites/IP on popular shared hosts? They would be linking to same niche/money sites yes but is that a problem? Since shared hosts are popular and have huge number of sites so Google might not see a problem?

Looking for answers with someone who has experience with this setup, preferably.

Never use SEO hosts for your PBNs. You can get cheap offers here http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4
But you can use multiple domains on same host if you do following. For example you have 20 PBN domains and you use 10 different hosts. Then you can use 10 domains with different ips to rank for example SITE A and use next 10 PBN domains on same hosts to rank SITE B.

Say for example I have 3 "Money" sites, all different sub-niches but same parent niche (think of health > weight loss, health > hair fall, likewise...). Now also imagine that I have 6 PBN hosted on total of 3 different hosts (so 2 PBN per host). Now say that I want to link to all 3 money sites from all these 6 PBNs, would it be a red flag?

That's what I want to ask. Is it really that much important to have only 1 PBN per host/IP and not even 2?

That would be easy to trace back in a manual review with the info they (Google) have, however your PBN is really small so you could use Cloudflare to protect your IP's and host multiple domains on the same shared hosting, that should be save enough.

I hate Cloudflare because of their outages and other stuff. I had sites in past which were devalued due to using Cloudflare (there were many cases like these) and that is the reason why I stay away from services like it and Incapsula from that day onwards.

My niche is really not prone to manual review so that stirs me clear I believe.

Well it is a little gamble, but that is IM for ya... We don't know what really set the red flags, for me it is just one website on one IP and no same IP points to my MS, if i can help it there not even in the neighborhood, but then again i have one PBN (it was my first) of 23 domains hosted on 10 different IP's on the same VPS lol, all the names of the WHOIS on the domains are mine, they do have whois protection but that doesn't protect you from G and it still runs like a Swiss clock and i get good rankings with it it is there for almost 2 years now...

So i don't think if you're in a low risk niche (my pbn was in hobbies like model trains and such) you take much change at the moment.

Yeah makes sense. And say even if I am not the one having same site on same host in same niche, what's the guarantee that some other guy won't be having one? It changes perspective when you think this way, isn't it?

I guess I'll host max of 2 sites (PBN) per host/IP to be safe and won't go any overboard from 2.

Still open to inputs though if anyone has any insights to share!

There are a few 'cloud hosting services' that may help you out. I have a reseller account with a company that has 3 different datacenters, one in Vegas, one in Dallas and the other in new Jersey that seem to work pretty well.

Just wanted to hopefully give you some ideas.
