Apparently, i'm getting to much traffic (50k+ month now)and using to many resources, so my website doesn't fit the hosting package anymore for hostgator, so instead of them calling me and telling me this (i would of upgraded right then) they suspended my account without warning AND wont reactivate my account until i upgrade.

Well this really pissed me off because they think they can do what the hell they want to do and a day of ad revenue is gone, i would of happily upgraded over the phone right then. if i got a phone call telling me these things, but no they suspended me, than sent me an email instead of calling first. i can still access the admin section of my site, ftp and the cpanel, i'm now making a backup of both my site and database.

JustHost.com is the one i have been looking at for sometime now, just wondering if anyone can recommend them before i switch over.

stay away from them. i got my sites hacked many times and the loading is pretty slow
plus they don't provide backups

I have a few sites with JustHost. Honestly, I've never had a problem with them. Giuni is right about the lack of backups, though. But, as far as speed and overall quality of service, I can't say anything bad about them. Their support team has always been very quick and courteous (I believe they're UK based, though - so, if you're in the States, when you need support you have to keep in mind the time difference). I'd buy hosting from them again.

One note, though - don't buy your domains from them. Stupid expensive. $14.95 for a domain? WTF? Hosting, though, in my experience is reasonably priced and reliable. Better than HostGator.

justhost.com ok..
hostwinds.com ok..

u can buy unlimited plan..

Very good for US traffic. Support is the best I've seen.
I accidentally bought a previously owned domain, I explained the situation and they let me pick another domain.

The only thing is they're slow outside US, so if you have worldwide traffic, you'll need colocation.

Their hosting has always been fine for me, but I have had several sites hacked. I have no idea if that's down to Justhost or not though.

Another option could be liquid web, they have great support. Knownhost is another option and decent. I've had both and prefer liquid web. I've never had justhost.

Now that everybody's mentioning it, my memory has been jarred. I, too, had a JustHost site hacked. Forgot all about that as it was several years ago and not a big money-maker for me. Adsense was revoked from the site as the hacker uploaded a shitload of porn. :D Bastards. But, I'd still recommend them overall.

Stay away from justhost - Actually you will face troubles with all shared hosts with that much traffic so you can just go with a vps and I strongly recommend Zipservers.com for VPS plans. Been with them since 2007 and never let me down.

just stay away from them justhost.com,they will suspend your account without reason, they are scam

Using Justhost shared with no problem loading speed is awesome! but for your traffic you need VPS or Dedicated Server due to high resource using! You can get it from any company you like Google it for the best one out there :)

justhost is terrible

my sites were hacked several times, don't even consider using them

they say unlimited, but there are limit when you use

my sites on there have been hacked and because they do not do daily backups I have lost a lot of work not to mention one site just vanished, still looking for it.

I still have an account over there. My experience is like this:

I got it with a domain combo promo, so the domain was registered and setup at the same time. I setup a tiny website (around 8 pages) and forgot about it. About a month later, while checking the stats I found the whole thing had been hacked, and the domain was serving content in russian from hidden folders. From the stats I noticed the hacking happened instantly, meaning the whole server was already compromised/exploited.

I cleaned the whole thing the best I could, and it's been sitting there without further intrusions 2 years later, so I guess they fixed things on their end. Will do some tests in case it's safe/fast/stable enough now. A different IP is always welcome for SEO purposes.

so instead of them calling me and telling me this (i would of upgraded right then) they suspended my account without warning AND wont reactivate my account until i upgrade.

Just Host did this same thing to me! If you are getting any amount of traffic, start out with the upgrade or forget about them.
