This is my current plan, is this enough links per day?

Tier 1 web 2.0's x 1 - sending 100 links to this per day(manually created and content unique) 5 pages
Tier 2 web 2.0's x 10 - sending 100 links to this per day(spun articles) 5 pages
Tier 3 web 2.0's x 20 - sending 100 links to this per day(spun articles) 5 pages

I build the tier 1 links manually, then use GSA to create 100 links per day PR1+ to the tier 1.

Is this ok?
