I have a Moroccan sim and I wonder how many ips are in 1 4g sim?

It depends of the carrier network are you using there (same for the other parts of the world).

Yes but from what I tried I can rotate to different ip, the only thing I don’t know is there unlimited ips?

It depends on your mobile ISP and their pool of IPs. Some larger countries have larger pools of IPs to be able to service all of their customers, and smaller countries have smaller pools.
So it mostly depends where you live. But the number is probably very high. Though sometimes you may receive the same IP if you rotate fast enough (once again depends on your mobile network provider).
For your country I am sure there is more than enough IPs, the number is in the millions probably (assuming you use popular provider in your country).

usually cell-towers have a pool, of ips dedicated to them I don't believe its is "unlimited"
I believe on average people get around 750/ IPS daily ?

Your sim doesn’t have an IP. When it successfully connects to the data provider network, the network assigns it one. So, as you can probably guess, it depends on the network and not the sim itself.
