Fairly certain the max is 5.
It's important to keep in mind using proxies if you're using those 5 accounts for anything IM related or for making money. Definitely look into and read up on proxies.

Is that 5 per ip or 5 per device? I think it used to be 5 per device?

5 per device 4 per IP if you want to create more accounts change your device ID

Yes, I changed the device, but still unable to create. So it is 5 per ip only, even if using different devices?
