how many real hours you actually work daily?
like actual work… not just sitting and scrolling dashboard.
sometimes i feel i waste too much time but still tired at end of day lol.
just curious what’s normal for you guys.

Yeah, like Project Limitless said. Some days it´s a long, full day. When you have the mentality and the mood, you can´t stop, and it´s not wise to stop, because then you make very good quality things.

I have a saying -> 24/7 always, but sometimes it´s a skip day <-

I work a total of 12 to 16 hours daily , 7 days a week. With breaks in between. And, very importantly, atleast 1 hour daily dedicated to keeping fit (lifting weights, cycling, swimming, walking, jogging, etc).

Honestly, I’m probably at my desk 8–10 hours, but real focused work is more like 3–5 hours. The rest goes to checking dashboards, messages, and random distractions. :)

So if you feel tired but didn’t do “full work” all day, that’s pretty normal lol. :D

I own an SMM panel, so I work in bits and pieces. whenever I feel like it ;)

It's refreshing to see that many of us struggle with staying focused throughout the day. As someone who's also worked on various online projects, I can relate to having a mix of productive and distracted hours. Inmortal, I think your question is spot on - it's easy to get caught up in "busy work" that doesn't necessarily contribute to our goals. For me, I've found that setting clear priorities and using time-tracking tools helps me stay on track and make the most of my work hours.

I usually spend around 4–6 focused hours on actual work, not just dashboard scrolling. I’ve noticed planning tasks in blocks helps avoid feeling like you wasted time. Curious how others structure their workday to stay productive without burning out?

I am hustler I work online so from waking up to sleeping is all work for me

Usually around 5 to 8 hours per day as average
But there are days that with big workload where i skip everything else and I work like 12-14 hours
Having a full day off during the week or weekend works well for me too

I will create a to-do list and complete all tasks within the day, usually taking only 4-6 hours. The remaining time will be dedicated to learning and staying updated on market information
