2-nope... I like long vacations rather than weekends.

About 3hours a day, usually from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
I don't regular days off, but it sometimes happen.
Yes it's paying off.

Interesting. one side put 3 or 4 hours per day and seems fine, the other 10/12 hours.
