Normally 6-8 hours per day and when I am in full work mood then 10-12 hours per day.

This is crazy.... I just collect rent from my tenants. I used to be a mad IM'er working 18hrs per day online until I realised that I was crap at IM and I switched vocations.
Now my properties are like set and forget websites

I work 5-6 hours a day. Growing lazier as my bank acvount grows bigger. Money motivates me. Used to work 10-12 hours when I was starting. Gone are the old days...
